Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of date of delivery to you.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Send your returned item to:

3. Include with the original receipt.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost. Where the goods being returned due to a fault or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the cost of return and we will arrange the collection.
Once we have received the return(s), we will check their condition and refund you accordingly.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
